Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via the booking system, email or by phone will be processed without charge.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of one hour. This includes appointments where we are unable to access the property, are turned away, or the client is a no-show.

If OLICE cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without charge to the client, subject to availability.
